If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 15 days of receipt of the item unless otherwise noted. If you feel the need to return or exchange your item please feel free to contact our knowledgeable customer representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org. They will email you a return form, please fill out the forms and place in return package with your returned items. Packages returned without a return form will not be accepted. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage, Mommy’s Little Sunshine can not be responsible for the lost or damage of any items sent back to us.
- We cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Personalized and made-to-order custom items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned. If you wish to cancel a custom order, you may do so within 2 business days of your order date.
- Returned items may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
- Facebook Offers/Giveaway items are NON-REFUNDABLE, however, size and color exchanges are accepted.
